great location, some snags
convenient location friendly staff french balcony
The location proved convenient, providing easy access to key destinations i wanted to visit. the staff, especially miguel and celia at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful . i really appreciated the sliding french balcony doors in my studio suite. They let me experience the outdoors from my room.
The elevators were a significant issue. I had difficulty getting down at times because the down button would turn off. i also found that the elevators were often very crowded, it was quite annoying.

The hotel includes laundry facilities that guests can use. I found this amenity especially helpful . there is also a water and ice dispenser on each floor for easy access. the gym features modern equipment.

the front desk offers car service, which may be convenient for some travelers, especially for airport transportation. i noticed that the front desk staff always greeted guests with smiles and seemed genuinely happy to assist. house keeping was thorough.

my studio suite had ample room and the sliding french balcony doors allowed you to experience the outdoors. complimentary water bottles are available throughout the hotel. the room had a great view of bryant park and city buildings.

door gaps terrible design
the room was very clean on arrival. this met my standards.
The bathroom door had large gaps. It did not mask any sounds at all. this was a terrible design. i expect privacy.

slow elevators hallway noise
I was quite annoyed with a few issues. The elevators were slow.. Getting downstairs proved to be a real test of patience. I also noticed a significant gap under the door to the hallway, so noise bled through at all hours. I found it difficult to sleep well as a result.

the staff were cute and helpful i found a travelers' closet that offered necessities like deodorant and toothbrushes the sixth floor terrace provided lovely morning coffee and a nice view the hotel is near bryant park so getting around was easy
the elevators were slow sometimes this was inconvenient when i was in a hurry
